Fulltime Certified Nurse Practitioner to perform Occupational Health, Urgent Care and Wellness interventions for the City of Aiken’s Employee Health Clinic (EHC). The EHC operates as a stand-alone Nurse Practitioner driven and operated facility under the Direction and cooperation of the City of Aiken and Business & Industry Health of Aiken Regional Medical Centers.

Aiken Regional Medical Centers, located in Aiken, South Carolina, is a 273-bed acute care facility providing quality healthcare to the residents of Aiken and surrounding communities. Aiken Regional Medical Centers has been ranked a top hospital in South Carolina by the Carolina Center for Medical Excellence for its treatment of heart attack, heart failure and pneumonia. Services provided at the hospital include emergency medical care, orthopedic surgeries, maternity, and behavioral health services.

Job Duties:

The Nurse Practitioner is assigned to support clinic activities at a site or operation. Duties may include: conducting clinical assessments, making diagnoses, fitness for duty, functional capacity testing, and treatment of work related injuries and general illness. Interprets physician orders, appropriate labs, and diagnostic tests.
