A legal Case Administrator contributes to AHF's mission by overseeing the administrative duties of the Gilead class action and personal injury lawsuits that AHF is funding. The administrator will be part of a team that is working to hold Gilead accountable for putting corporate profits ahead of patient health.
The Administrator will help make the cases run more efficiently and effectively by providing key administrative support and communicating with plaintiffs. The administrator will handle tasks that allow the attorneys to focus on substantive legal work on these cases. In addition, this contribution will allow the Gilead litigation to grow and for more plaintiffs to seek justice for the harm Gilead has caused them.
The Administrator adds consistent value to the Gilead litigation team by being a team player, being timely, organized, a good communicator, flexible, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities, and adapting to various situations with ease. The administrator also contributes significantly by being adept at technology, such as client software programs, Excel, and Word.
We at AIDS Healthcare Foundation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability. The right of equal employment opportunity extends to recruiting, hiring selection, transfer, promotion, training and all other conditions of employment. AHF will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the ordinance.
