Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff members are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance to drive sales growth.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available.
- Collaborate with assistant managers to delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a store manager or similar role.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team of employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
