Job Title: Office and Administrative Support Worker
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399
Duration: Long Term
Work Arrangement : Onsite.
Interview Type : In person only.
PAY RATE: Candidate will be offered between $15.00/hr based on experience and interview
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Shared office or cubicle
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (depending on lunch time frame, can make adjustments as needed)
DRESS CODE: Business Casual
COMPUTER SOFTWARE USED: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat
Skills/Experience Needed

• Basic understanding of data analysis and review
• Previous experience in data processing a plus
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Visual Basic for Application
• Salesforce Dataloader tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Apps, such as Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to remain on task and follow directions
• Must have problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently

Candidate Responsibilities

• Support DEMES Enterprise Administrator with DEMES Data Cleansing
• Data Cleaning (detection and rectification of errors and inconsistencies
• Data Standardization
• Data Validation
• Data De-Duplication
