Responsibilities - Be part of Project Teams
- Lead the creation of ESM advisory deliverables
- Lead strategy, design, and planning workshops related to ESM projects
- Participate as a functional expert in client workshops
- Communicate with customers, which may include senior management, on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advising
- Lead organizational change management efforts in large transformational programs
- Develop and promote relationships with customers
- Participate in proposal development and project scoping
- Act as a lead strategic partner to customers on service management initiatives
- Engage with customers on requirements sessions and advise on best practice in the ESM space
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated Business Acumen
- Ability to solve complex, abstract problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good listener, ability to connect with different personalities
- Mentor junior staff and support project leadership
- Exhibit and continuously improve broad knowledge of current state of the ESM Marketplace, including ESM trends, associated technologies, and interfacing frameworks/standards
- Help with building marketing collaterals on ESM thought leadership
