Hiring a Part-Time MDS Coordinator (RN) in Murfreesboro, TN!
Description of Required Duties and Tasks:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Regulates and maintains the MDS/PPS program and completion schedule.
- Develops and coordinates appropriate nursing care plan from MDS/RUG category.
- Analyzes assessment data independently for complex patient problems and identifies early subtle changes that formulate RUG categories and affect patient care.
- Evaluates effectiveness of nursing care plans, and updates MDS/RAI process with completion guidelines.
- Promptly respond to all emergency calls with appropriate emergency intervention.
- Provide care to patients including administration of treatments, medications, social and emotional support.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Education
Required- Associates or better
Licenses & Certifications
Required- Registered Nurse
