RN Night Shift Supervisor Position Summary

The RN Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading our clinical team on the unit during night shift. Their leadership role includes the following responsibilities: 

• Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

RN Night Shift Supervisor Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license in practicing state
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
