Dietary Supervisor Position Summary

The Dietary Supervisor role includes the following responsibilities: 

·Oversee safe and timely meal prep including provision of meals and supplements in accordance to resident care plans.

·Monitors regular and therapeutic diets.

·Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and QAPI.

·Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Dietary Manager and/or VP of Nutritional Services.

·Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Dietary Supervisor Requirements

·Associates or higher degree in Food Service Management or Hospitality

·2 year of dietary or food service experience preferred
