The role you’ll contribute:

Supervises the daily activities of clerical and medical support staff within an assigned area.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Coordinates daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.

• Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Completes performance evaluations and handles disciplinary actions.

• Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma or GED required.

1 year of experience required

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
