The Direct Sales Manager will be responsible for actively engaging assigned accounts both through outbound communication efforts and field inbound product requests. The position will support the organization by optimizing revenue opportunities by uncovering assigned customer needs and partner with the Product Manager to ensure pricing matches the target objectives of the organization. In addition, the role will also proactively research and engage prospect accounts that match the profile of existing AGY customers with the intent of securing new revenue from new customers.
