Position SummaryThe Feed Warehouse Coordinator provides overall direction for the facility in the areas of safety, inventory, delivery, cleanliness, and morale. Responsible for driving improved performance, customer relations, and warehouse utilization.
Key Responsibilities
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicates and promotes feed store products, services, and programs that meet customer needs.
- Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with the Agtegra’s polices, principles, and procedures.
- Performs accurate monthly feed warehouse inventories.
- Maintain and track inventory of all bulk fuel and oil products.
- Creates inventories and runs reports as needed.
- Develops best efficiency practices for our products, machines, and employees.
- Maintains and grows feed volume and overall sales for the location.
- Assists with daily feed product deliveries across the trade territory, to Agtegra locations and customers.
- Understands, complies with, and enforces Agtegra’s Credit Policy.
- Works together with other Agtegra locations and divisions to serve customer needs.
- Ensures that the farm store presents a positive image to customers and meets expectations for cleanliness and organization.
- Makes on-farm calls and deliveries to solidify customer relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, including the fuel pump area and outdoor maintenance.
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with US DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, the Agtegra Drug Free Workplace Policy, OSHA regulations, and the Agtegra Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 0-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- English Proficiency
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator.
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.
- Forklift certification or ability to earn a forklift certification.
- Experience in the Feed/Livestock industry.
