• Operate and maintain various types of farm equipment such as tractors, plows, seeders, sprayers, and harvesters.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules and farm requirements.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Transport harvested crops and materials using trucks, trailers, or other farm vehicles.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including equipment storage areas and maintenance facilities.
• Follow instructions and work collaboratively with other farm workers to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with general farm duties such as irrigation, fencing, livestock care, and facility maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements, environmental guidelines, and farm policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
