WI. Lead the plant office administrative team. Ensure accurate production data collection and reporting. Provide standard production analysis/reports and other analysis/reports to Plant Management as requested. Report operating expense variations providing information to Plant Management and Financial Management Teams. Build and maintain profitability file for capex projects. Conduct process improvement tracking and reporting. Provide economical project justifications. Validate the execution and savings calculations of Global Strategies Sourcing projects. Prepare annual budget for the plant working with Plant Operations Management team. Provide monthly and YTD results analysis. What you need to join our team: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Minimum five (5) years of general professional business experience required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Where you’ll be working: Our Weyauwega, WI, plant is home to approximately 225 employees. This facility produces award-winning feta and aged cheddar cheese, as well as lactose and reduced lactose whey. Agropur’s US operations produce 1 billion pounds of quality, award-winning cheese each year. We create more than 20 different varieties, and provide whey protein and dry ingredients which are by-products of the cheesemaking process.
