In addition to our world-class conference center we also offer five overnight suites beautifully designed with the comfort of our guest in mind.

About this position:

We're looking for an energetic, detailed oriented individual who is passionate about customer service to join our team! This person will collaborate with our Guest Services team to assist patrons who are utilizing our Conference Rooms and Overnight Guest Suites. The primary focus for this role involves setting up conference spaces (tables, chairs, a/v and other event equipment), overseeing the event (answering questions, providing beverage services, etc.) and ultimately ensuring guest have an outstanding experience. Previous experience in guest services, banquet service or similar positions where there was frequent interaction with the public in an event capacity is desired.

What You'll Do:

Manage conference room schedule on booking platform
Provide event-set up and tear down of tables, chairs and A/V equipment in conference rooms
Ensure event area remains clean and guests stay in public areas throughout event
Maintain Employee Beverage service & Kitchen/Common areas when events are not in progress
Provide daily coffee services & maintain server equipment
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of overnight suites (primarily room turnover)
Provide Back up coverage to the front desk which can included greeting guest and answering phones

What We're looking for:

Available to work between 7:00am – 10:00pm Monday through Saturday (avg of 25 hrs per week)
Exceptional Customer Service background to greet and assist guest
Basic computer skills to navigate booking platform, answer emails
General knowledge of event space hosting
Comfortability setting up Audio Visual technology/equipment (microphones, projector screens, tablets, etc.)
Drivers’ license with good driving record
Ability to stand; walk, sit, squat, and stoop for extended times; lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
