NOW HIRING: Grain Elevator General Manager

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the grain division in alignment with overall company goals.
• Oversee the daily operations of the grain division, including procurement, storage, transportation, and marketing of grain products.
• Manage a team of grain division staff, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to make informed decisions about grain purchasing and sales.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies in all grain division activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, farmers, transporters, and other stakeholders in the grain industry.
• Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and track expenses to optimize profitability and efficiency of the grain division.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to coordinate activities and achieve company objectives.
• Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to enhance the grain division's performance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management regarding the performance and growth opportunities of the grain division.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
