Position: Farm Operator/Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain spray and fertilizer equipment to apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to crops in accordance with safety regulations and application guidelines.
• Calculate and mix precise amounts of chemicals and fertilizers based on crop requirements and field conditions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on application equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust application schedules to maximize effectiveness and minimize environmental impact.
• Maintain accurate records of application activities, including chemicals used, rates of application, and field locations.

Are You Qualified?

• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
