Position: Farm Equipment Operator/Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain agricultural sprayers to apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, or other chemicals to crops or land areas.
• Ensure the safe and accurate application of chemicals by following all applicable safety procedures and guidelines.
• Calibrate sprayer equipment to achieve the correct application rates and coverage levels, adjusting settings as needed based on field conditions and chemical requirements.
• Keep accurate records of chemical usage, application rates, field conditions, and any adverse effects or incidents related to spraying activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprayer equipment to ensure reliable performance and minimize downtime.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies, products, and techniques in chemical application and pest management through training and professional development opportunities.

Are You Qualified?

• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
