Position: Farm Equipment Operator/Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain various types of application equipment, including sprayers, spreaders, and related machinery.
• Accurately mix and apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other agricultural chemicals to fields according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure precise application rates and coverage.
• Follow detailed instructions and field maps to apply chemicals in designated areas, avoiding overlap and missed spots.
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, field conditions, and application activities.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring safe and efficient handling procedures.

Are You Qualified?

• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
