Position: Equipment Operator/Laborer

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain agricultural equipment for the precise application of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to agronomist recommendations and label instructions.
• Calibrate spraying equipment to ensure accurate application rates and coverage.
• Monitor weather conditions and field conditions to determine optimal application timing.
• Follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to prevent environmental contamination and ensure personal safety.
• Keep accurate records of applied chemicals, equipment maintenance, and field conditions.
• Communicate effectively with agronomists, farmers, and supervisors to coordinate application schedules and address any issues or concerns.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding equipment operation, safety, and environmental stewardship.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deliver high-quality crop yields while minimizing environmental impact.

Are You Qualified?

• Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
• Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
