- Create marketing strategies based on the buying trends and changing consumer information.
- Direct creative ad development including print production, radio, and television.
- Manage the budget among marketing campaigns, promotional tools, merchandising, and advertising strategies.
- Directly manage social media, multiple channels.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Oversee in house design of company catalog and website.
- Negotiate media advertising contracts.
- Participate in company special events and create marketing material to include signage, advertising, and promotional material.
- Support company booth for trade shows.
- Oversee and help perform all task and assignments related to marketing for a multiple-channel business.
- Plans, assigns, and directs work; evaluates performance; rewards and disciplines employees; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
- Any and all other duties assigned by management
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year College or university; and 5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Retail Marketing including merchandising store products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
- Innovative and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with e-commerce and direct marketing preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Must be able to travel to all company locations (NC, SC, VA, GA) as needed.
- This is an in-person position located in Garner, NC.
