Job Description

The FC Night Receiving Lead is responsible for overseeing the receiving operations during the night shift at the fulfillment center. This includes managing a team of associates, ensuring that all incoming shipments are received and processed accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of associates in the receiving department
• Ensure that all incoming shipments are received and processed accurately and efficiently
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all products are properly stored and accounted for
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with other departments and management to ensure that all receiving operations are running smoothly
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a leadership role in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with inventory management systems and software
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
