Primary Job Function: To assist with maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems providing the customer with a quality experience. Spend time in each department learning the trade; run parts, install and service. Within one year this individual will be a full time service technician and running their own jobs.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week plus on call and weekend work depending on demand

Required Qualifications:

• HVAC education preferred and strong mechanical background
• Previous trade or construction background preferred
• Ability and aspiration to learn new skills
• Clean driving record and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Experience making repair and replace decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
