AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Land Transactions Specialist to join our Corporate Real Estate team. The Transaction Specialist provides clerical and administrative support while finding ways to increase efficiencies and alleviate the team of unnecessary tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain real estate transaction files (paper and electronic) on all acquisitions and dispositions.

Assist with key due diligence items such as requesting tax information, UCC searches, GIS mapping, natural resource analysis and other items.

Assemble closing packages, obtain the required signatures, order wire transfers for closing, and ensure that all documents are securely delivered to the closing agent and/or legal counsel.

Schedule “post-closing” meetings and ensure that information is properly transitioned to the appropriate division and land manager.

Coordinate with Records Clerk on data entry of key documents and ensuring that all records and documents are properly filed and entered into the records management system consistent with information governance policies.

Support leadership with planning and coordinating group meetings, interviews, calendaring, reports, and presentations.

Crosstrain on other critical responsibilities to serve as backup to other administrative support staff.

Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.

4 years relevant work experience in real estate, at a title company, or commercial banking.

Understanding of real estate transactions, documents and general terminology for sales and purchases of property.

Strong demonstrated communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft tools and general technical savviness; willing and able to learn new software, programs, and systems.

Ability to maintain sensitive company information in complete confidence.
