The Inpatient Unit CNA works on a collaborative interdisciplinary team including Social Workers, RNs, Volunteer Coordinators, Grief counselors, and Clinical Assistants.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THIS ROLE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
The CNA IPU is responsible for patient and family satisfaction by assisting with activities of daily living, providing light homemaker help, following the plan of care, communicating changes in condition, and documenting care. The CNA IPU provides patient and family centered care consistent with Agrace philosophy, goals, standards, regulations and policies.
