- Review and analyze Agrace’s software application stack as related to the company’s current business needs.
- Develop and deploy custom PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes, utilizing JavaScript for client-side customizations and enhancing user experience.
- Customize SharePoint sites using out-of-the-box features, SharePoint Designer, and client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery) to meet specific business needs.
- Design, build, customize, integrate, and support various software applications.
- Create Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps to automate business processes and enhance productivity.
- Office 365 Application Design and Governance, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Configure and provide technical support for Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
- Conduct testing and troubleshoot technical issues related to Office 365/Azure and SharePoint issues.
- Develop systems and solutions that meet HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Document and catalogue Office 365 footprint, workflows, and communication processes.
- Write PowerShell scripts using the SharePoint Online (SPO) module and PnP PowerShell to automate routine tasks, such as extracting SharePoint sites, managing permissions, and generating reports.
- Increase utilization and optimization of SharePoint through outreach and automation.
- Create custom connectors and use data sources like Snowflake, SQL Server, and SharePoint Online to extract data for custom applications.
- Provide expert level technical support of software applications.
- Respond to end-user trouble tickets and requests.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent technical solutions.
- Conduct end-user training and support on productivity software applications and system functionality, ensuring users are proficient in utilizing features effectively.
- Cross-train other department team members.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading publications, and educating IT team members as appropriate.
- Identify and analyze new or underutilized software applications and develop strategic plans to integrate them into the company’s operations.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint governance policies, guidelines, and documentation.
- Gather technical and business data pertaining to project needs. Use information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system component requirements.
- Provide detailed, concise, and timely follow up communication with all parties, including IT and operations staff.
- Implement and maintain security measures, ensuring data integrity and access control.
- Participate in internal work groups, meetings, and committees relative to position responsibilities.
- Ensure work complies with Agrace policies and protocols, state, federal, and other regulations.
