```Job Summary```

AgPerspective is seeking a Grain Marketing Consultant to meet our growing demand to help farmers simplify grain marketing. We do this through helping farmers follow a logic-based approach to grain marketing. It is an approach to grain marketing that uses relevant and quantifiable farm specific data to inform decision making. We Simplify Grain Marketing by focusing on what is known and relevant. Educating and following a proven process that makes grain marketing more mechanical and predictable. Executing by working with farmers on a day-to-day basis to implement our end-to-end process and track the results.

The new consultant will be strongly supported by the team to help ensure success, including the servicing of existing clients. As a Grain Marketing Consultant, you will work closely with farmers, offering advice, developing marketing plans, and assisting in implementing strategies to maximize clients’ marketing opportunities.

```Responsibilities```

• Collaborate with farmers to understand their production goals, break even, market outlook, and risk tolerance.
• Assist Consulting team in effectively utilizing and implementing LogicMax with clients.
• Develop personalized grain marketing plans and strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives.
• Manage data entry and import accuracy process for client data in LogicMax .
• Manage transactional brokerage duties, including entering trades, account opening paperwork, and provide back-up support on margin calls and money transfers.
• Professionally onboard new clients (Brokerage & Consulting)
• Place, track and manage orders for consultants and clients.
• Work directly with Consulting team to provide additional client support, including having intelligent and confident conversations with clients when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide leadership and responsiveness to brokerage clients, as one of AGP’s
• pool of brokers.
• Perform merchandising tasks as assigned.

```Qualifications```

• B.S. Degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Economics, or another related field
• 1-3 years’ work experience
• Series 3 Certification (obtainable upon hire)
• Experience in grain marketing, agricultural consulting or a similar role in the agricultural industry.
• Strong understanding of grain markets, crop production processes, and risk management strategies.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology tools and software, and ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
• Self-motivation, organization, planning and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends as it relates to grain pricing and contracting procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Having an agricultural background is preferred.
• Relocation is not required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
