Front of House Manager

Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the front of house (FOH) area
- Train and supervise FOH staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Handle cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and reconciliation
- Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a FOH management role
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, including cooking techniques and inventory control
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
