Requirements:

For Enterprise Architect:• IT work experience in multiple IT areas (7 years);• Enterprise-wide architecture experience in one or more specialty areas (2-3 years);• Experience in providing overall direction, guidance and definition of an enterprise’s architecture to effectively support the corporate business strategy;• Experience in analyzing data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema(s), and then designing, developing, amending, optimizing, and certifying database schema design to meet system(s) requirements;• Experience in researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies;

• Experience developing a conception of solutions, building consensus, and the execution of such solutions;For Data Architect:• Experience with large and complex database management systems (7 years);• Experience making recommendations for enterprise-wide data design, balancing optimization of data access with batch loading and resource utilization factors (i.e. experience in Relational databases such as SQL, Db2, and Oracle);• Experience in most aspects of designing and constructing data architectures, operational data stores, and data marts;• Experience in business analysis and design, Database Management Systems optimization, recovery strategy and load strategy design and implementation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Make recommendations for enterprise-wide data design, balancing optimization of dataaccess with batch loading and resource utilization factors.• Provide knowledge and guidance related to aspects of designing and constructing dataarchitectures, operational data stores, and data marts.• Provide business analysis and design, Database Management Systems optimization,recovery strategy and load strategy design and implementation• Provides overall direction, guidance, and definition of the Department’s architecture toeffectively support the corporate business strategy.• Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, anddatabase schema(s), and then designs, develops, amends, optimizes, and certifies databaseschema design to meet system(s) requirements.• Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and deliveringsolutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies.• Responsible for conception of solutions, building consensus, and the execution of such

solutions.
