Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end production ML/AI solutions, integrating them seamlessly into applications to enhance user experience.
• Utilize a diverse array of data sources and modeling techniques to craft high-performing recommendations and personalization features.
• Clean and analyze large datasets to create and optimize reusable machine learning models.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement intelligent solutions that drive significant improvements in user experience.
• Work alongside platform and infrastructure engineers to ensure the scalability, security, and resilience of production systems.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience.
• Proficient understanding of active and continuous learning methodologies, as well as various machine learning algorithms and techniques including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or Java, including familiarity with deep learning frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and Spacy.
• Previous internships or work experience involving machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, along with big data processing frameworks like Spark.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to evolving requirements, and demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear articulation of ideas.
