Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the sales department
• Assist in the distribution of new accounts, leads, and customer inquiries
• Field product and process questions from the sales team
• Review required documents for accuracy and completeness
• Review, update, and enforce SOPs as needed
• Assist with tracking and tabulating monthly sales team efforts/results
• Create, update, and maintain information in CRM
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Previous management experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
