- 5 years of experience gathering requirements from users:
- Identifying impacted business processes
- Assessing business needs
- Identifying IT solution integration.
- GAP analysis
- SWOT analysis
- 5 years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation including:
- Wireframes or screen mockups,
- Context diagrams
- Benefits realization
- Business process models
- Workflow diagrams
- Traceability matrix
- 5 years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies including:
- Daily Scrum
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospective
- 5 years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team.
- 3 years of experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality.
- 5 years of experience eliciting and decomposing requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- 5 years of experience writing test plans and use cases.
- Working knowledge of Systems Engineering Methodology (SEM) and Project Management Methodology (PMM)
- Senior level understanding of the secure application development lifecycle (SADLC)
- Technical background with ASP.Net web development a plus
