Our warehouse operations are crucial to our success, ensuring efficient receiving, picking, and packing of furnishing orders and storage of furnishing. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Marketing Administrator to support our customer service and marketing efforts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our brand message is effectively communicated.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Marketing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing departments as a customer service specialist. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a prompt and professional manner, providing information about products, order status, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in the execution of marketing efforts to promote our home furnishings to designers of high-end homes, seniors, and retirement communities.
• Coordinate with the designers to ensure furnishing orders are fullfilled correctly.
• Manage customers, respond to inquiries, and promote our products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and upselling to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
• Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information for targeted marketing efforts and personalized communication.
• Assist in organizing marketing opperations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or equivalent field experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or administrative roles is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
• Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
