Our industry-leading client is looking for a Product Manager to join their team! This role will support the deployment of a Scheduling-Focused Workforce Management tool as a product within an enterprise organization.

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA (Dunwoody). Candidates must be local to the Atlanta area.

Compensation: $130K - $140K annual base salary plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Support product launches (mobilization, training materials) and develop continuous improvement processes within Workforce Management
• Serve as a subject matter expert in UKG Pro Workforce Management
• Own and manage the product backlog (prioritization, grooming).
• Translate business needs into user stories and features.
• Develop and maintain expertise in product features and capabilities.
• Work with a cross-functional scrum team to build and enhance products.
• Partner with the Release Train Core Team for go-to-market strategies.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Product Manager
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and deliver solutions.
• Extensive experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar scheduling tools is required
• Experience deploying a scheduling tool (from an operational perspective) is required. This will be the product in this position.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, thought leadership skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
