Job Summary:

The Plant Analyst will work with both the finance and production teams to support the manufacturing financial operation. The Analyst function uses Power Query, Power Pivot (Power BI) and SQL to prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis. The following skillsets are required: strong written and verbal communications, excellent analytical ability, the ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude, as well as the ability to consistently meet reporting and month-end close deadlines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present weekly efficiency and gross profit reporting.
• Prepare, analyze, and present data as needed.
• Review time and material estimates and compare to actual costs.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance.
• Computer Skills: Mastery of Power Query and Power Pivot and/or Power BI. Advanced proficiency in Excel. SQL experience a plus. Prior experience with using Epicor is preferred, but not required.
