Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks related to industrial equipment and machinery. This position requires expertise in areas such as industrial electrician, high voltage, welding, HVAC, hydraulics, technical sales, industrial mechanics, mechanical knowledge, customer service, and fabrication.
Duties:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to determine the root cause of problems
- Perform electrical work, including wiring and installation of electrical components
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues
- Provide technical support to customers and assist with technical sales inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrician practices and high voltage systems
- Proficient in welding techniques and fabrication processes
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and hydraulics
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Solid mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Corpus Christi, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
