Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our real estate team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with property management, real estate law, and market research while providing exceptional customer service.

PREFER SOMEONE WITH AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LIC OR ATLEAST 2 YEARS WORKING IN A REAL ESTATE OFFICE.

Duties:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members professionally and efficiently
- Support property management activities including scheduling showings and inspections
- Conduct market research to assist in property pricing and listing strategies
- Provide bilingual support to clients when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administrative roles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Knowledge of real estate law and property management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for interacting with diverse clients
- Familiarity with market trends and real estate terminology is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
