About the Role
The Candidate Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in owning Agero's recruiting process from start to finish as well as providing an exceptional experience to all stakeholders involved at each stage. This position is all about making a positive impact! The Candidate Experience Specialist has an important voice in how we think about best practices and will have the opportunity to engage with leaders at all levels of the organization.
Think this role is for you? We are looking for someone who is curious, ambitious, incredibly well organized, self motivated, detail-oriented, friendly and a great communicator who is easy to partner with. You will own the outcome of ensuring all candidates have a clear, concise and consistent recruiting process from viewing a job posting to accepting an offer.
Lastly, this hire is passionate about OWNING something big and is dedicated to taking our candidate and stakeholder experience to the next level.
