Job Overview

You will act as a creative director to conceive, produce, and edit Social Media content for our executive team to post and run AD content through.

For this role it would be required to come into our office M-F. We are located off the 215 and Green Valley.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Film short form content across all Socials (i.e. Youtube shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Edit and post content on all Socials
• Maintain a rolling content calendar to ensure posts and engagement grow across all social media channels.
• Develop and run social media strategy, follower engagement, and influencer outreach objectives to drive company growth
• Map out content ideas to be filmed
• Create SOPs that takes content from the creative idea to the finished product in a consistent and high-quality fashion
• Assist in the production of the video and photographic content. Our team has all the necessary equipment for production (including Sony gear like the Sony a7S III, audio, lighting, etc. but it would be an asset if you had your own gear or experience using similar equipment
• You will manipulate raw material into finished content (primarily for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) with captions, elements, audio effects, music, transitions, emojis, etc.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies, video concepts and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Skills

Some experience and understanding of;

Final Cut Pro

Premier

Good lighting for video and content creation

Previously edited social media content (i.e. Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter)

We are willing to teach and train but candidate should be open minded and a quick learner!

Hours and Pay

$20-$30/hour

Full Time In-Person

Monday-Friday beginning at 9am PST
