Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for insulating homes for our clients. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Must have a clean driving record and be over the age of 24 to operate our trucks

Duties:

Installing sidewall and attic insulation utilizing energy efficient standard practices

• Light construction including but not limited to building doors, drywall patching, preventive air leak work, caulking of air leaks, installing weather strips, and loading/unloading inventory

• Maintaining accounting for materials and equipment

• Site cleanup and preservation of client property

• Strictly adhering to Standard Work Specifications guidelines

• Attending continuing energy education courses as updates and new technologies become available

• Take and follow direction by Crew Chief

• Document work via photos and written narratives
• Review paperwork to ensure compliance prior to submission

• Ability to use hammers, saws, blower door testers, blown insulation machines, and power tools.

General understanding of carpentry, mechanical and electrical skills as well as building code requirements. Ability to use hammers, saws, blow

Experience:
- Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the installation process

- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during installation
