Role Description

We have a full-time on-site position available for an M&A Advisor Associate. The M&A Advisor Associate will play a pivotal role in building relationships, consulting with agency owners, crafting reports, and overseeing M&A engagements.

This includes facilitating discussions and negotiations with buyers, managing due diligence processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to successfully execute transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Background in consultative sales or a related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or mergers & acquisitions required

Additional preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of insurance agency operations, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
