Sales and Marketing Assistant position details :

You will tell our story and build relationships with families and community members :

• As part of the Sales Team, support strategies to achieve and maintain 95% occupancy. Take part in weekly sales team meetings for planning and follow-up.
• Work with sales team members, program coordinator, and dining services supervisor to plan / oversee at least one public event per month and at least one resident / prospect activity per week for : Reaching new prospective residents and their families Creating positive word of mouth so knowledge of the community through networking in person and on social media is helpful Advancing relationships between prospects, staff, residents, and families
• Conduct personalized visits, uncover needs and status through the discovery process, and utilize a lead tracking system to document activity.

Detail and Accuracy skills are needed.

• Take part in sales team meetings as needed and work positively with other leadership team members to ensure the sales process is a team effort.
• Receive and record all reservation deposits and other fees related to the marketing effort
• Respond to inquiries such as calls, tours, and information up to 7 p.m. during the week and for a specific time on weekends.
• Monitor all aspects of the building and operations that affect first impressions, and bring concerns and recommendations to the Director.
• Fill in for Senior Living Consultant when absent.
• Associate's Degree in Marketing OR previous experience in Marketing / Sales, as well as experience with geriatrics, senior care, or healthcare, preferred.
• Strong English Communication for seamless interaction with residents and colleagues
• Part of weekend rotation for coverage
