Ageless Healthcare has a Case Manager position available! We are a Personal care healthcare business! You must have experience being a case manager. Be somewhat familiar with the LT-PCS, EPSDT, CCW, NOW, and SIL program rules and regulations. You must have great organizational habits, willing to be a networker, and work well with others. Be computer literate. Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary.
Be available to be on call in person or by telecommunications at anytime, 7 days a week. Applicant must have their own transportation. Position will be full time. Interviews are being conducted immediately. Please submit a resume to this email.
