Sales Representative - Supervised Medical Weight Loss Clinic

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. We want someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and has a zest for life. Responsibilities:

• The candidate will use software to engage with patients. They will identify needs and upsell our products.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally. Strive to answer on the first ring.
• Follow scripts when interacting with patients. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.
• We contact new and existing clients through texts and calls. We follow up on inquiries, appointments, and promote our services.
• Exceed monthly sales targets to boost clinic success.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales. Utilize specific software or CRM tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge. This helps assist patients and drive sales.
• Provide feedback to leadership on patient preferences, trends, and areas of improvement.
• Take part in training sessions to improve sales skills and enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales is a must!
• Skilled in communication and building trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and capable of managing many tasks.
• Use of computer software for managing patient interactions and sales data.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical weight loss procedures, treatments, and products is a plus.

Office hours are Monday - Wednesday 8am-6pm, Thursday and Friday 8am-2pm. This is a full-time position plus commission. Employees must work the above hours.
