Sales Assistant AGREV

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

AgRevolution is looking for a Sales Assistant. This position may be located within the Illinois - Indiana - Kentucky Tri-State area but will be onsite.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Dept and other staff members. Their duties include assisting with tasks like managing records, organizing reports, and performing data entry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Responsible for establishing efficient and effective accounting processes for areas of responsibility
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Make necessary journal entries
• Provide regularly monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis as needed
• Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• High school diploma or GED; technical certification is preferred.
• Previous experience with computer software (MS Office)
• 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance is preferred
• Proven ability to identify/implement process improvements
• Cost Accounting experience highly preferred
