JOB SUMMARY As an IT Help Desk Student Assistant, you will assist the Help Desk team with various tasks, get involved in different aspects of the IT work life, and get first-hand experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced company. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting Internal customers/end-users with minor issues Executing Day-to-day tasks of maintenance and operations according to instructions from the Help Desk team Setting-up and maintaining hardware (computers, phones, docking stations, monitors) Troubleshooting hardware and software problems QUALIFICATIONS Required: Be a student currently at a college or university with a degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or other related field(s) preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage small projects as assigned Ability to adapt to changing business needs and assignments as required Preferred: Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus Basic knowledge of imaging tools is a plus WHAT WE OFFER The opportunity to get experience working in the IT domain Training in the tasks we require you to perform Opportunities to collaborate and assist with various projects and different parts of the IT department A possibility to be hired full-time at the end of your studies (not guaranteed) Our culture at AGC Biologics is defined by the six core values: Knowledge, Trust, Quality, Ingenuity, Accountability and Teamwork.
