Preschool Lead Teacher
Agape Christian Academy is in need of a highly motivated, creative and skilled Preschool Lead Teacher! The principal function of the Preschool Lead Teacher is to work closely with the Director to manage all aspects of the classroom experience; they also ensure an inviting, colorful, educational environment throughout the school. The Preschool Lead Teacher will work directly with children in a variety of settings, and follow established curriculum to plan and implement exciting lessons. Additionally, the individual will communicate directly with parents, help resolve concerns, handle payment issues, and provide information on children's progress as well as maintain progress reports as scheduled.
The Preschool Lead Teacher must have at least 2 years' experience working in a preschool setting as the Lead Teacher and be knowledgeable of relevant federal, state, and local regulations. They should have excellent interpersonal skills and work well with children; leadership and business management skills are beneficial in this role as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
