• Manager Victor- looking for 2 days per week onsite.
• Candidate must have familiarity with Clinical Trials.
• Hands on situation, need to brainstorm. This is stage 2 of the project, will go at least until the end of the year.
• Instituting a digital ego system. This is a major deal .
• Need to understand difference between waterfall and agile and flex between them both.
• Be able to provide status to leadership, Victor and his colleagues. What is happening and what needs to happen.
• Need to do this in real time.
• How do we mitigate.
• Enough about software and software programming to be able to call out BS.
• Somewhat well rounded.
• Experience out weights’ certification.

Skills required to be effective in the project management job are as follows:
1) What is this PM going to be working on? Which project? What type of environment? How much business analysis vs. project management?
• The implementation of region wide software systems (both KPNC and other regions)

• Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, Gantt charts, punch lists,
configuration guides, etc.

• Assures the quality of software deployment, through code reviews with developers
