Onsite in MTV
Create and maintain inventory records for all incoming and outgoing devices received in the lab; periodically audit the physical inventory of the lab.
Ensure all prototype hardware is secured at the end of each workday.
Handle all shipping and receiving needs. (Perform unpacking of shipment deliveries, consolidate shipping orders, prepare shipping documents)
Send/receive devices to internal teams and specified 3rd parties, label devices, track inventory, RMA devices.
Document all non-destructive triage findings and communicate them to Google partners.
File facilities tickets to empty cardboard and e-waste bins
Perform quarterly inventory checks and report on findings.
Coordinate the secure scrapping or return of devices at the end of each program.
CND rates at L1 triage (as calculated at the end of each program) not to exceed 30%
Shrinkage rate (lost assets) not to exceed 5%; zero tolerance for lost prototypes.
Strict compliance to Buganizer custom field entry during all levels of triage

• Perform Category I Services level.
• Perform “Level 1” (system-level) triage and support internal BUs with “Level 2” (module-level) fault isolation of both field returns and internal escalations.
• Use analytical tools and techniques including electrical debug (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, soldering station), X-ray/CT, optical microscopy, thermography, device/component photography, and functional testing.
• Maintain and update the lab receiving tools to include NPI projects by modifying script parameters to include new products
