NOW HIRING -- Grain Operator

Pay: $18 - $24/hour

Career Description:

• Responsible for managing all grain tasks including filling, reclaiming, and transferring grain.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, safety and environmental programs at the elevator to ensure a productive, safe working environment.
• Manage all inbound and outbound inventory.
• Perform inspections on inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Manage basic elevator projects and assist the management team in all other major strategic projects to ensure targets are met.
• Manage grain inventories, storage, grain quality, blending techniques and truck scheduling.
• Maintain company specific software and operation systems.
• Manage shipping and receiving.
