Summary:
Grain Operators are responsible for overseeing the loading & unloading of trucks and rail for DDGs, wet cake and Ethanol.
Education/Experience/Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred • Prefer 1 to 3 years experience in grain blending at a commercial level
• Prior experience working with producers and transportation personnel in grain receiving is highly desired
• Technical expertise in functional area is highly desired
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment such as pay-loader, track mobile, wheel loader, skid loader, etc.
• CDL preferred • Must be a self-starter, highly organized; able to work well within all levels in the organization
• Good customer service skills • Must have basic computer skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English
